Is there a desktop icon of the HVX200 soo when I connect it too my mac instead of getting the ugly white "no name" icon I could have a pic of the HVX?

Perhaps it could be designed to be on the Mac. so when the HVX200 connects the Mac recognises it and shows the icon instead of No Name.
 
No, icons for the Mac are linked to a hidden file on that specific volume. It would in fact be erased each time you cleared your P2 card. And would take up room I'd rather have used for a few seconds of video.

But, it would look cute.

Cheers.... I thought that as it wasn't already implemented that there might be some technical reason why it couldn't be done!

Oh well, would have been cool none the less!
