Has anybody checked if the new Version 3 has improved the delayed audio pots on the FS7 or the problem with steady shot on the kit lens not staying on after powering down and back on?

The 28-135mm f/4 is the Kit Lens for the FS7, & I've never noted an issue with the OSS turning off when the power is cycled. Do you mean to the 18-105mm f/4?

Yes I mean the 28-135. The steady shot function is almost impossible to use as it turns off when the power is turned off but does not come on again when powering on the camera again even though in the menu it is highlighted and should be on..but it is not. It is a bug others have seen.

My FS7 has been updated, & I'm not having the problem where cycling the power disengages the 28-135mm's OSS (then again I never noted it prior).
Only issue I have is the OSS On/Off switch doesn't do anything & I need dive into the menus to change it. Don't know if that's by design or not. If it is then it should be changed.
Been meaning to start a thread about the 28-135mm, & such a deficiency would be something to highlight, but in my brief search have not found reports of other users having the issue, so appreciate if you can point me to some.

OSS works fine on my 28-135 with the switch or staying on when I cycle power.

Answering my own question. Yes, it does appear that the delayed audio pots are working correctly in V3. i am not sure about the "steadyshot" function. How does one test to see when it is working or not? I can not see any difference with it on or off.
