V1 use for action sports

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience using the V1 to shoot action sports?

I recently got a V1 and have been using it to film some surfing and skating. I havent had the chance to play around with the footage in an editing program yet but intend to slow some sections of the footage down for dramatic effect. Im guessing that i'll need to bump up the shutter speed for this so that i dont get any freezes/artifacts when slowing down in post.

Can anyone offer any advice on speeds, settings etc?

Cheers

if you're shooting skateboarding (only one i of those i have experience in) you're going to want to shoot with a shutter speed of at least 1000 if you want a clean slow mo, the higher you can get your shutter and have it still lit well, the better.
