V-mount plate for 7.2v camera?

What are the options out there to use a V-mount battery like an IDX (14.8v) with the 7.2v cameras out there? I know JVC has an adapter for the HD100 series but that's specific for that camera. Are there any generic options? Thanks.
 
Towards the bottom of the page, there is a selection of various power converters. You would still need a V-mount battery plate to connect the battery, but the power converters mentioned above would then step it down to a camera safe 7.2V
