using the h4n in a dinner dialogue scene???

hey guys
i have a scene i am shooting on jan. 7th. it is in my parents dining room and is with 3 actors. i was going to put the h4n in the chandelier above the table and only use the condenser mics on it for the audio and not mess with lav mics... is this stupid? if so, and you suggest using lav mics how should i do it since there are only 2 inputs... should i mic two of the actors then in the next take mic 2 others? just let me know what you guys think on this matter...
 
Ditto, you'll need cardioids in an echoey dining room. Use the H4n internal mics for an ambient track. Should work great.
