Can you set the VCR record mode on the DVX100 to 25P if using a lipstick camera?
I have an underwater lipstick camera Standard Definition (High Quality) and would like to use the footage in a HD timeline ie just bought a HPX172 (PAL) and then uprez using Instant HD. Instant HD recommends the footage be in progressive prior to uprezzing. If not, and I have to convert from 50i to 50p, will I lose much Quality?
