Using NTSC HVX200 in Italy. Do European lights cause the image to flicker?

I have a stupid question that I haven't been able to find any writing about on the internet. Will the 50 Hz alternating current in Europe cause my image to flicker under their lights without a convertor?

I use an NTSC HVX in Russia (50Hz), and there's no flicker.

Use 1/50th shutter speed and you shouldn't have a flicker problem.

Any flicker problems you come across can always be dialed out by setting the shutter by degrees. 1/50 is safe for just about everything, though.
