I'm trying to figure out if there's a way for me to slave an external audio interface (a MOTU 8pre) to my HVX200. I know my interface accepts SMPTE TC (according to the specs and the fact that there's a MOTU SMPTE setup program on my computer).
I know you can sync 2 hvx's by connecting them with firewire, but I haven't seen whether there's any other way to get timecode out to another device.
