Using HVX for project tomorrow, first time

Howdy. I've got a music video shoot that I'll be operating an HVX for tomorrow and had some concerns.

We were originally going to shoot on the 7d, but due to some technical limitations, we'll be unable to, so last minute change to the HVX.

Now, I'll be apparently expected to use the camera reasonably well, despite the last minute change, and I've never even touched the thing. I used a DVX100, however, for years, and was extremely proficient with it and it's workings/limitations/etc.

I guess my main question is, is there anything specific I should know before going into this? From just seeing pictures of the body, the layout seems fairly similar to the DVX, and I assume the menu system, etc, will be similar, and I'm REALLY hoping it'll essentially translate into shooting with an HD DVX, but I have no way of knowing (won't be able to get my hands on the camera until an hour or two before shooting begins).

So, basically, any pointers? Useful tips? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a ton!
