Using Green Screen

Hi,
I am new to using the HVX200 and HD, so I thought I'd come to the experts.. you guys and girls..

I want to shoot with a green screen, Is it ok to use HD for that?

Should I use p or i?
What frame speed should I use?
Any additional advice woould be greatly appreciated.

HD is great for green screen work. Shoot Progressive. Frame rate is up to you. Also it seems that 1080 is a little better than 720 for green screen work (for the HVX). Try some tests first before going in full steam...
