[FONT=&quot]I am going to do a two camera shoot, with one camera set to a wide angle and one to a close up. I have the DVX100a and the Sony vx2100 at my disposal.

The problem I will have is getting the cameras to look the same. I will shoot in 60i but can anyone recommend any other settings for getting these different cameras to produce a similar look? I know I can tweak it somewhat in post but I would like them to look as similar as possible when I shoot.

Thank You

I would think that it would be easier to match the DVX to the Sony instead of the other way around, due to the available multitude of adjustments in the DVX.

Get two NTSC TV's/Monitors (assuming you are in the US) that are identical. Make sure both monitors have the same settings. Hook each camera up to one of monitors. White balance both cameras. Frame them on an identical area or subject. Then I would go into the DVX settings and take out some of the red and up the blue until you get a close enough match for the VX2100. Any other color adjustments can vbe done in post I would imagine
