I watched the video below and it explains very well the differences between a full frame sensor and super 35 sensor. Someone here once mentioned that I am losing two stops of light when using a crop sensor lens as opposed to a full frame lens on the A7S II. Is this true for a mirrorless camera? When I attach my sigma 18-35 f1.8 to my A7S, the camera will read f1.7 as the lowest fstop. I recently purchased a Tamron 24-70 f2.8 to use with my A7S II because of this information that was relayed to me in a prior post but now I am second guessing this purchase.
