Using an NTSC (24p/30p) cam in New Zealand

Hi there

I was wondering if I buy an HVX200a in the US, can I use it in New Zealand?

We normally have the HVX202a, as it has (25p), and a new zealand adaptor for power.
Are there any issues with this apart from adapting the battery charger/power supply?

Well, issue #1 is that nothing you shoot will be airable on your television.

Issue #2 might be flickering images when shooting under fluorescents or magnetic HMIs.

Issue #3 is that you'd have no warranty coverage.
 
My advice would be to buy a HPX171 (the european version) as it can switch from 50 Hz to 60 Hz
With this magic tool, you can shoot anywhere (and Believe me I tried it it anywhere).
