Using a Zacuto EVF pro with a Sony A6000

I'm having no luck pairing my EVF with the A6000. I've had several chats with Zacuto support, but they said the error message I am getting is not one they've seen (Unsupported Video Format VFMT00). We've tried various settings on both the camera HDMI output and the scaling menu. They are supposed to get back to me and if it's resolved, I'll post the settings here. In the meantime, has anyone here successfully used the EVF with this camera and if so, what are the settings?

I've used mine together several times. The only time I've had trouble was when my HDMI output was set to AUTO. I had to manually set it to a 1080i signal. Either late tonight or tomorrow I will try to list the exact settings on both my Zacuto and the A6000 if this doesn't help you at all.
