Used copy of the book/dvd?

[ministersin]

Anybody know where i can get a used copy of the book/DVD everyone is suggesting? I ordered the DVD by the woman who worked on the movie November with the DVX100. The other one I've seen around is for workflow with FCP (I use Premiere, so that's no help).

If anybody's got one they want to part with...let me know.

I've got one still in the plastic baggy...
