So I'm selling a slightly used 20 foot by 20 foot (20'x20') Matthews Butterfly Overhead Double Scrim. It's black, and usually sells for $1,600 new on B & H, which is the lowest price you can get it for (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/33017-REG/Matthews_319599_Butterfly_Overhead_Fabric_20x20.html). We basically ordered one, which was slightly damaged in shipping (I'll elaborate in a bit), and then we had to order a second one, so one of them has to go. There are holes on the side so that you can mount it, and is already pre-rigged for any setup you need.
Regardless of whether you shoot 35mm, RED One, 5D, 7D, HVX, Xha1, or EX-1, there'll always be a use for grip equipment like this. Not only is it incredibly hard to get as an imported item, but it'll cost you at least $200 to rent every time from a big rental company like Wooden Nickel. Why not get your own and save in the long run? This is not an item you'd see on sale everyday. That's my salesman pitch =P
There is one issue, which is a 1 square foot tear on the side of it, but I can guarantee you, it is easily mend-able. We can either fix it before giving it to you, or you can take it to American Grip or a local G&E store/manufacturer where they can do it as well. It was damaged via shipping, which is why we currently have two and need to sell one of them. I can promise you it's not a big issue, and will be repaired easily as there is no fabric actually missing, just a simple tear. Alternatively, you can divide it up and make many flags or diffusers with it. It's up to you and the possibilities are endless.
