USB ExpressCard Adapter to OTG drive to back up SXS cards ?

If one was to hook it up to a cheap portable USB OTG (On the Go Drive) with battery .. may it work as a portable Back Up soultion ? No need to bring laptop in the field ?

The reader must be PCI compliant based.

It will not work with USB compliant based units.

Yes, the PCI compliant based from Sony has a USB connection.

Perhaps the the Sony SBAC-US10 (SBACUS10)
with a modified battery power supply can work with the OTG drive ?
