Urgent problem with Odyssey 7Q audio

Im afraid I have a very big problem with the audio from todays shoot with the Odyssey 7Q.

The audio imported to Premiere Pro is choppy and only half the lenght of the video file.

Today I first recorded 4K2HD 50fps, selecting 4K raw 50fps output from Sony FS700. The audio for these files is only half the lenght of the video files (audio is also slowed down). Then I changed Sony FS700 output to 4K raw to 25fps and continued recording material. These audio files are only half the lenght of the video as well and is chopped up as well. it is not the first half of the audio but more the whole audio track is chopped to pieces and only played halfway and stops in the middle of the video file.

Im on the latest firmware.

Attached is a screenshot of the material. Im under a deadline with this material and would need assistance in how to retrieve the original audio, I really hope it is there! I sent an email to Dan Keaton but am asking here as well in hopes someone would be able to help me quickly.

Thanks!

Phew!! Ok, so it seems Convergent Design Prores transfer tool was to blame! I copy pasted the material from the SSD directly via finder and now the audio is fine. Please BEWARE of the Prores transfer tool! Apparently its still a hit and miss with it!! :(

Our engineers are now aware of this and are looking into what may have happened. There is an update for the ProRes Transfer Tool on the way.

will the "date of creation bug" be fixed? Actually if you copy your file via the tool they have the copying date as date of creation instead ob shooting date. It's very confusion for sorting the footage in the NLE together with other cameras or separate audio files. I reported this to Andy and he said he will forward it to the engineers.

Yes, this is being addressed as well.
