Urgent P2 Store Help Please :( !!

Hello everyone, just recieved my P2 Store minus a manual, however I found a manual online and have gone through it. I am having real trouble with the mac reading the store. I have held all the buttons required until the USB light is orange, however the mac still doesnt read it?

Am quite worried because I am film with P2 tomorrow night and might have to switch to DV tape if I cant solve it.

You might want to try and format the drive. Get a paperclip, and press in the button where it says "Format HDD". Once the leds start flashing, hit the "Start" button.

Do you have any clips transfered to the P2 Store? It might not be mounting because there are no disc images to mount (an image is created for each P2 card copied to the P2 Store).

After you format the P2 Store, shoot a quick clip to the P2 card, and copy it to the P2 Store... see if it works then. Hope that helps.

yeah just got mine 2, just make sure you actually have a footage in the p2 store (if its empty it might not show up, because there isnt anything on it)... if you do have footage on the p2 store, on the mac it will come out as partitions...
