Urgent! How do I apply the same duration to multiple stills at once?

I've been using Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 for some time & already dragged the still clips unto the timeline. Since all the clips are of duration 4 seconds, I want to apply a duration of 2 seconds for all the clips at once. How do I do this in Premiere Pro 1.5? Please help as manually adjusting duration for each clip is very time-consuming. Thanks in advance.

In the Preferances you can set the default duration of still media.

It effects media on import. So you need to set it to 2sec first, then import all your pictures.

Thanks Mikko. That's what I thought I should do.

But now I've already imported the stills to the timeline. So you're saying that there's no short-cut way to apply 2 secs to all the frames at the same time. Still, I thought that such a widely-used NLE like Premire Pro would allow me to apply the same time duration to all clips at the same time, AFTER they have been dragged unto the timeline. Oh well, have to set each still manually.
