Urgent Help--Zoom H4n and Canon 5d audio sync problem

I recently shot couple interviews on 5d mark II @ 24fps and captured audio using the Zoom H4n. after syncing the footage the the audio starts out fine but slowly starts dropping out of sync. Any solution for that???
 
The short answer is "yes" :) The full answer will depend almost entirely on your NLE. I use Vegas and you'll find the rough outline of how to stretch audio in a thread in the Vegas section (almost the exact same question btw).

The cause is as simple as being 2 devices without a sync signal during record - and I've found with my Zoom H4 that its can be out nearly a second after an hour long shot with both my T2i / 550d and my HG10.

Yeah, not a 5d owner, but the problems the audio, not the camera.
