Urgent Help! Shooting for the first time

Hello DVX User Community,

I am using the HVX 200 for the first time to shoot a sweet 16. I unfortunately dont have p2 cards so I will be recording on to mini dv. What I want to know is what is the highest quality (camera setting) I can shoot with the HVX on mini dv. What record setting should i put the HVX on in the menu?

Any hep would be higly appreciated!

Like ProfessorU said, you're limited to SD.
Maybe rent a P2 card would be great for you, it's not too expensive.
And for the setting, it depends what you're shooting, where, when, ... The Mini DV
will not "destroy" your image or your settings
 
May I suggest reading Barry's book and practice as much as you can. To get the best results you need to be as one with your camera. :love4:
