Urgent: broadcast colors according to tech.sheet from TV

Hi 2 All,

I asked this at another corner of this forum, but trying it at this place too :)

I have a little problem with understanding tech. spec. sheet for broadcast color settings. TV wrote me this:

[FONT=&quot]Make sure that all video signals are " Broadcast safe " ( 700 mV white level, 0 mV black level and RGB Gamut in the Color room ). More info at[/FONT] EBU Recommendation R103-2000.

Now Im not sure, how to setup right broadcast colors export inside Premiere CS5. Applying "broadcast color" effect on every shot is enough or there must be another settings inside premiere ? If this efx is enough, how must be right settings ?

You would apply broadcast color to the entire timeline, not each clip. I dont know anything about tv colorspace because i dont produce crap, so you should try somewhere else.
