upscaling to 1280/720

The hvx record 720p mode record in pixel size 960/720
I think there is not much distrubute of 960/720 pixel
It's all 1280/720 that count's

So is there a way to upscaling the 960 pixel to 1280
What is the reslut to this thrick with the sequence settings of FCP

Not sure what you mean...that is an anamorphic format. Most HD formats are anamorphic, and scaled out to 1280x720 by the editing system or monitors. When you output to tape, if the tape format supports full 1280x720, then the tape will record it in that manner. And you can always export it as a QT file or AVI file full resolution, if you need.
