Uprezzing SD to HD

Witch software program is best for uprezzing sd material(prog. pal. squeeze mode)
to full HD 1089p ? The final result will be on HDCAM SR, or output to 35mm film. Is photozoom or red giant any good for this? (I work on FCP/mac)

I just tested Photozoom, and the first result I got looked a lot like a regular bicubic upres in photoshop...?
 
Well, it ISN'T bicubic, and you should notice a considerable increase in quality, especially where there are high contrast differences (dark lines next to light backgrounds, etc.).

This subject, by the way, has been discussed before, and some very neat software IS available to handle video uprezzing. Here's a link to an early thread on the subject:
