Can I uprez my 720PN footage to 1080P? I don't have the P2 space to shoot in 1080. Can I convert it in post? I'm still not totally clear on this issue.

Sure you can. The question is do you have to deliver in 1080p? If not, then why would you want to uprez? It doesn't help you out in the quality department at all.

Sure you can. You can even uprez 480i to 1080p, but you need to understand the limitations of doing so.

A lack of space is a really bad reason for compromising. If you can't afford more P2 storage, you may also not be able to afford to output 1080.
