Hey forum,
I got a dvxb not too long ago, and i hate putting hours on the thing. I now get the film from my dvx n throw it into my family old piece-a crap camcorder (the old $200 ones) and upload it to my computer from there.
My main concern is if im loosing video quality when im doing that

someone help me out.
 
yeahh but doesnt the tape get shown through the heads?? and if theyr dirty?? or not as high of grade like on the dvx???
**also, does imovie 09 bring in 24p?
 
It's a digital stream of 1s and 0s so it looks the same to your NLE no matter how they get there. Don't worry about it, just try it and you'll see.
