Uploading videos on line

What programs and processes are the best for putting movies on line? I have a website and would like to upload my short films.

Pls let me know what are the best ways to accomplish this.

...no easy answers...either choose Apples H.264 and better quality but must allow download time OR Divx which overcompresses and streams in real time. I read a recent article posted on this site about the use of compressor and experimenting with file size, minimal compression. I'll find the article and post ASAP...
