uploading patch settings on a mac-ini doesnt work- screen shots / text settings

Hi All

just trying the hack for the first time

being on a mac the whole put ini file in same folder press J trick doesnt work -

is it possible that the actual settings for the major patches

reliable
max latitude etc

are some where to be referenced - this would be a huge help to save me trying to reinvent the wheel.

Open the INI file with any text editor and you'll be able to read the patch settings directly.

That did the trick -i opened it with Text edit

FYI - for anyone else trying to get the INI file opened on a Mac with Wine or WineBottler - I placed the settings.ini file in my /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Wine/prefixes/Ptool/drive_c/winebottler folder - and it showed up in Ptool on my next launch.

I had the same problem last night. Didn t figure out how to do it for hours on hours. In the end it was simple as that

1. Download the ini settings.
2. Open ptool.
3. Click on one of the circles on the bottom. Now you can load the inisettings into ptool.

Easy.
