uploading 24p footage!?

Hi there, I tried searching for this but didn't get anything, and if this is in the wrong section I'm sorry!

I just bought a dvx100b and have been trying to upload 24pa footage in premiere pro 2.0. I uploaded some footage the other day in the 24p timeline...SOME of it came out with wavy lines in it, I was kind of worried if it was my dvx or something, but I'm pretty sure it isn't, since the footage looks fine while I'm capturing. But then today i uploaded some more footage in the same project and the whole clip looked wavy. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong so please give me advice!
 
"Wavy" is often what 60i footage looks like in a 24p timeline (or when converted to 24p). Are you sure it's 24p footage?
 
David is right SteezyB that looks like interlaced footage.Try capturing the footage in a 60i project.
 
Yeah, I am sure it's 24p footage. The footage that I showed you there was the good looking footage, but just looked bad on Vimeo for some reason. but those lines looked like the ones in the 24p timeline except smaller. this is the good looking footage of that

BUT my other footage( other than that) looks like it's all messed up.
Is it the camera or is my premiere messed up, since some of my footage looks like it's good.
