Upload info for July 11th

Hello,
We're looking to get the films to us and put on dvd asap so we can test them and make sure they all work.

Right now we're asking for 720 x 480 Mpeg 2 files so we can go straight onto a dvd. I've never accepted a bunch of different films and tried to put them all on the same dvd, so if you have suggestions, feel free to chime in. We just want it to be as smooth as possible. If you need upload info, Pm me.

Aetas - Looks good
The Watchman - Looks good
Survival - Looks good
RPDM - Looks good
Ad Infinitum - HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET!!
John Abott Mitchell - HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET!!

Wouldn't the resolution be different for 2:35:1 movies or do you want large black bars?
Maybe someone could post a walkthrough with the proper settings.

Are we sending the audio portion separately?

Mike, unless I'm wrong (which is certainly possible), Tim will be giving you a location on his server to upload to. And yes, you'll need to upload separate files for video (mpeg2) and audio (ACC-Dolby digital, unless you mastered it in 5.1 surround sound).

Hey guys,
We actually have only received One movie so far out of the finalists and that is The Small Multiple. We had hoped to get some stuff tested before the end of last week.

I will state again that this is new territory for us and if you are confident that your film will play flawlessly and have no problems, feel free to limp in at the last minute. Unfortunately if there is a problem and there isn't enough time to fix it, then obviously your film will not be shown. That would be a bummer, but a very real possibility if everybody takes their time.

Please get these in asap. I've provided the FTP info to all the finalists. Let me know if you don't have it.
