Is it possible to up-rez the DVX footage to HD, to mix it into HD footage from the HVX?

JCVR said:you can mix it, but it will likely look a bit different. The HVX is able to take in more color information than the DVX in ADDITION to its higher resolution.

this thread should cover it all. Photozoom is the only method I know of. There may be more.
Or you can uprez by using an HD compatible NLE very easily. Create a timeline, let's say 1280 x 720 and drop your DVX footage on the timeline. Now go into the clip properties and change the scaling to "fit X and Y, Keep aspect". The will fit your video to the 1280 x 720 timeline and render to whatever codec you have set as a render/fuse codec for your timeline. I've made an example for you. This little clip was shot originally in squeeze mode and then uprezzed to 1280 x 720.RogerandOut said:Thanks. Do you know what the process is for up-rezzing the DVX footage?
Is there a software that does it?
