Up rez SD material to HD...

Just got my HVX and am loving it. Was a Sony guy for many years and am now a believer!!! The question is I am already a couple months into a project that I have been shooting in SD. However, I would really like to start shooting HD material from here on out. If I choose to use some of my SD material in conjunction with the new stuff I shoot in HD, what program can I use to up rez the SD stuff AND does anybody have any examples of this? Does it look decent? Or should I just say screw it and ditch all the SD material I have and totally go HD. The problem lies in the fact that I have some GREAT SD material so far.

Any help or ideas wwould be appreciated. I currently work in Prem Pro 2.o w/ Cineform Aspect HD.

Thanks.

RedGiant Software has a program called Instant HD. Might be worth looking into... I think they have a trial version.

I have a Kona 3 card which I use when I can, but for situations like yours I use Resizer2 which I think is better than Instant HD and does the interlace to progressive conversion for you. They too have a trial version.
