Unwanted Shake Effect When Transfered to PC

I shooted with a DVX100, 24P standard mode. When I transfer to pc, at the bottom or the top, I can see that the image kind of shakes near the black stripes, the image seems to shake a little also. It's worst when I add effect and render.

I transfered with Vegas 9.0, my video rush is at 23,976.
At footage, I'm at 24P NTSC DV mode (23,976)
No field order (progressive)
Pixel format 8 bit.
Deinterlace method : none (progressive)

My timeline is SMPTE IVTC (23,976)

And I render as : 24P NTSC DV MODE (24P NTSC DV mode (ajustement 2-3-3-2)


I tried other modes, other settings, the problem is still there.


I also have adobe premiere pro 1.5, if it could be better to transfer or anything.

Is this letterbox? Is this bright or white against the black stripes?

And, what exactly do you mean by "shake"? Is there any possibility you can upload some of the footage so we can see it?

If you shot 24p standard, the last thing you want to do is use Premiere Pro 1.5. Vegas is ideal.
