Looking for an underwater housing or splashbag (FS7) for rent or purchase. Do you know of any available?

Ewa Marine had one at NAB that I saw. I have a buddy with their FS700 version (which, confusingly is model number "VFS7"... so don't get confused and things it's for the FS7!) and he has used it in the ocean. It's just a bag, but it's totally waterproof. They'll even do customization to add sealed cable ports, so you could send an SDI out to a monitor.
