Underwater EWA-Marine Case for DVX

Hi,

I have an underwater case for the DVX made by EWA-Marine. It has the lens adaptor for the Panasonic DVX and also for a Sony PD-150 (and any sony with the same lens thread)

There is a photo of it here: http://www.ewamarine.com/english/index.htm

I bought it to use for a trip to Mexico as I needed an underwater camera and nowhere in Vancouver rented them. Now I'm back and have not much use for it.

It cost about $700 Canadian and another $90 when it arrived in the mail. I'm asking $650 Canadian or equivalent. If you are interested you can send me an email at bryant@aspectfilms.ca

thanks,

After talking to some local shops about used pricing, I'm going to lower the price to $550 CAN or close reasonable offers.
Thanks,
Bry

Still seems a little high on the price. I did a quick search and found a new V1000 for $470US/$567CA and the adapter for $40US/$48CA.

Btw - Did you use the DVX for any of the shots in the Hecho en Mexico film?

Hmm, mine is the V2000 - I don't know if it makes a difference. But maybe I should drop it to $500 CAN.

In the teaser that is on my site, most of the shots are 16mm from a bolex, but in the middle all that stuff with the travelling in the car and on the boat is DVX.
