What exactly does slow shutter do on the hvx?
For instance, choosing 720p60 as your time base, and setting your shutter to 1/15.
you get a ghosty, stuttered image. So obviously any shutter speed less than 1/60 is considered slow shutter...so what does 1/30 shutter speed do at 60p? What is the different between
720p60 at 1/30 shutter
