underscan?

My Monitor has a setting for 'underscan or normal'. For shooting a film, what setting should I use? Thanks...

Underscan. It shows you the whole picture being recorded; the LCD doesn't. It can make a difference.

Just make sure that important stuff will not get cut off be being placed too close to the edge of an underscanned image as most TVs will not show it.
