Undercrank ... lost smear?

I've been changing out scene files to get more low frame rates in place -- now have used Barry Green's scene files for 2fps and 4fps. But in the process, the image is no longer smearing for that nice flowing look. Used to have it ...

For both the 2fps and 4fps settings, I've changed the Syncro Scan to 350. Thought that was how I used to have it. Any ideas on what I'm forgetting or doing wrong?

You need to set your shutter speed to "syncro scan". Use the shutter buttons and choose the speed with the decimal point, which is inbetween the fastest and slowest speeds.
