Under inquiry

When trying to register my HPX172 (Australian model), in step 4, I've got a message;
"Are you sure to register those information?
The equipment designated as "Under inquiry" is being inquired of it's delivery history.
Completion will be informed via e-mail."

Has anyone else received this message, is this normal,
or is it a sign of something...

The box has a sticker on it saying:

"This box has been opened and checked by Panasonic Australia Quality Assurance"

The accessories were neatly packed, but the power cable is European, not Australian.

What is your experience?

Hi Rista,

I haven't seen this before. If you are still having problems registering give us a call tomorrow and we'll sort it out. 0414 249 377. You should have got a local power cord. We add those here.

Hi Rob,

I don't know what is going on here. We spoke actually over the phone 10 days ago when I enquired about this camera ETA, after the first camera arrived damaged (exactly 30 days ago).
The condition of accessories box today convinced me that the previous one was tempered with
(there was no cardboard dividers inside the box, some of the items were not packed in their original
plastic wraps, etc.) - this one today was neatly packed, but...
What I'm still puzzled with is the explanation that every HPX172 EN box gets opened by Panasonic
Australia only to replace the European power cord with Australian power cord and yet both cameras arrived without Australian power cord!?
I opened the box today at Videocraft's office to check and found the power cord missing again,
their salesperson gave me one of theirs.
I've got more questions...

Hi Rista,

The cameras don't come into the country with Australia AC cords. We add them when they arrive. Sorry yours didn't include one, it should have. We also have to place local compliance stickers on both the camera and power supply. This may explain why the packaging was tampered with.
