Did an interview today after not using my DVX100a for a while. Mic is Sennheiser me-67 on channel 1 and internal on channel 2. Could not get any audio out the headphone jack although the levels showed healthy signal corresponding to my voice. Got around it by recording a few words on tape and playing it back. The playback sounded fine via.
Is there a switch for killing the sound monitoring function? What can I do to enable it?
So, again:
dvx100a
senn me-67 into ch1, internal to ch2
audio levels look good and sound records OK on tape
*monitoring of sound in recording mode is not available*
monitoring sound during playback (camera in vcr mode) is normal
What can I do to enable monitoring sound in recording mode?
Thank you!
Andre
