Unable to download dvx200 ebook

Hello all,

I recently bought a dvx200 unit but unfortunately don't seem to be able to download Barry's ebook.
I opened the download page, filled out the request form, but never received the email link having tried few times with two different email accounts.

Have anyone encountered this problem? Suggestions will be appreciated.
