Ultimate Editing Machine--PowerMac Quad G5 w/ 4.5GB RAM, 20" CinemaDisplay, AppleCare
Perfect condition Power Mac G5 Quad. This beastly machine is less than 6 months old--I bought it for video editing, but I haven't had any to do in a while so I figured I would get rid of it.
This machine is PERFECT for HD video editing, audio editing, application building and more. It's lightning fast.
This package includes the Quad, a 20-inch cinema display (the older model, plastic case (not metal)) and ADC to DVI connector (worth $150 itself). This is literally a fully-capable home studio package or a massive application building server.
The machine is as follows:
- Two dual-core 2.5GHz PowerPC G5 processors
- 4.5GB of RAM (this alone cost nearly $1k to upgrade)
- 250GB Serial ATA drive
- Extra 160GB Serial ATA drive
- 16x SuperDrive (dual-layer)
- nVidia GeForce 6600 with 256MB GDDR SDRAM
- Dual Gigabit ethernet ports
- Airport extreme
- Bluetooth 2.0
The Quad comes with:
- Mac OS X Tiger
- iLife '06
- Apple Pro Keyboard
- Mighty Mouse
- DVI to VGA adapter
The display is the 20-inch Apple Cinema Display in PERFECT condition with ZERO DEAD PIXELS. It has two USB ports on the back as well.
Both the computer and display are covered under Apple Care. The machine is covered until December 28, 2008, the display is covered until November, 2006.
This package is worth:
Quad: $3,399
Display: $699
DVI Adapter: $150
RAM: $900
Extra HDD: $100
AppleCare: $349
TOTAL: $5,597 (not including tax which would be another $483)
I'm selling this for $3,999, which saves you over $1,600!
Because of the immense value of this package and the fact that this hardware still costs the same amount, I am NOT ACCEPTING LOWER OFFERS THAN THE ASKING PRICE.
This is a HUGE STEAL!
I'm the Brooklyn, NY, and would prefer to sell locally but will ship if necessary (shipping must be paid for by buyer).
