I'm selling my Glidetrack SD 1M with a Manfrotto 577 QR adapter.
I'm selling with the 577 because the tracks two centre holes are rounded. So i've used a nut and bolt to clamp the 577 plate to the track for slotting into the 577 QR plate.
Here are two pictures showing what I mean.
