UHD 59.94p HDMI output issue

Hi guys,

I have two DVX200's and I am trying to use the HDMI output when set to UHD 59.94p.
One of them works perfectly fine, however the other won't show a signal unless it is dropped down to UHD 29.97p.

I suspect the HDMI port on one is faulty (though it is odd that it still works up to 29.97p). The one that works fine was bough over a year ago, with the second a relatively recent purchase.
Tried both using the same HDMI cable, monitor etc. Even tried using the same power supply to try an eliminate as many potential problems as possible!

(also painstakingly went through all the menus to exactly match the settings between them both in case I missed something!)

Anyone seen this issue before?

The HDMI port can take a beating, I use velcros straps on the cable to prevent damage to the port, but this does "not sound" like a mechanical issue. What I would do is set both cameras on a table with a friend and go through the menus one by one to see if the bad camera has the same exact settings as the faulty one.

If all else fails, your next step is to reset the camera to see if that clears the problem. Regretfully there is no way to save and reload your switch setting like the GH5 and others.
