I think CaptM and Terry nailed it. Rich should have made this post right before the entry deadline... then he could say, "I didn't get a chance to make a sci-fi flick, but here's my home-video of an actual UFO landing in my town..."

Oh and I'm glad I'm not the only one watching those flicks with the speakers off now... my heart couldn't take it anymore.
 
What's up with all that probing anyway? Is there something in there that we aren't aware of? Maybe it's like Caviar to aliens?

There was a great Kids in the Hall sketch about alien probing. It had a great line that went something like this:

Alien: We've been conducting anal probes for 50 years and all we've really learned is that 1 in 10 doesn't mind all that much.
 
This is Rich's "Blair Witch Project". He gets this story going and then will make his short around it saying this is what happened. But I expect way better shooting than "BWP" from Rich even if he's being chased by the men in black.
 
well this is L.A. a common occurrence, maybe they're policing the homeless and moving them to Santa Monica where the panhandling is more lucrative, and they have free meals every thursday on ocean ave. tell your friends we only have 10,000 of them here in L.A
