UB Mode question...

under the Recording setup in camera mode..under UB mode(user's bit)...what setting do you all keep it at..and why?
im not sure what the best would be..

The various settings are for different applications like the Time would record real time into the User Bits. This way if you were working with a producer that wanted to call out for shots by time of day, you could have unbroken time code for the NLE and display on the machine user bits which reflect Time of Day.

If you don't have an opinion on this setting, my recommendation is to put it on frame mode as then it will record and show you whether you recorded in 24P or 24PA, which would be helpful in troubleshooting later in the edit process.
