one - can you share time code between two HMC150's over firewire like with a DVX? (Does the HVX200 do that too?)

two - does the 150 have a place to loop a wire to lock it down and prevent theft?

The HMC 150 has a timecode sync function. One camera is the master and the other is the slave. You can have the timecode in freerun mode so that way they will stay in sync even if you start, stop a lot.

The external sync is through the COMPOSITE video out can be Sync in, Please refer the page 55 on Operational manual

and There is a security lock on the arrangement provided. If you down load the operational manual on page 17 item one is security lock.

Hi there,

The HMC doesn't have a firewire output. for syncing it uses the composite signal (as others stated).
