GH3 Two questions: Audio channels and an lcd loupe

I looked through most of the GH3-threads but I couldn't find anything, so here are two questions to those who already own a GH3:

1.) Is it possible to control both audio channels seperately (i.e. setting the left channel to 10 and the right one to 19)?
2.) I am planning to buy an lcd loupe but I am not sure which one. I read good things about the varavon loupe for the GH2 but unfortunately it only works with a flipped out lcd. At first I thought the LCDVF from Kinotehnik could be an alternative but their customer service told me that the screen cannot be closed "face down" anymore due to the magnetic mounting interface. So if you can make any recommandations...

Thanks in advance!

...They use the Z-Finder as a stability point, so I don't think you can have an articulating screen and use the finder to stabilize the camera.

I used the varavon for the same purpose. What made it great was that it had a bracket to support the weight and you would just set the angle and lock it down. Lifesaver for low angle shots and had all the stability of another point of contact. That is why I really hope they update a new version for GH3. Would re-buy it in a second.
