I have moved to an iMac for editing, and have two powerful machines for sale.
One is 2x2.66 GHz dual, 1,1, and in perfect condition.
The other, far more powerful, 2x3.33 GHz six-core (12 total), 5,1, with a catch:
It comes without a graphics card or hard drives, and its fan runs too much when it boots after I replaced the main logic board. I don't know how to fix that, but I bet that somebody on here does, and can get a $4,500 machine for peanuts.
Also, a first-generation DROBO RAID backup.
Finally, I am selling a Radeon Quad 4000 for mac card (the only GPU acceleration-enabled card for Mac that works with the Adobe suite). This is also in perfect condition, I am selling it separately from the parts computer because it has value on its own.
Please check listings for more details, and thank you!
